Culture is how firms ‘do matters

culture is how firms ‘do matters
culture is steady, observable patterns of habits in organizations. Aristotle stated, “we are what we time and again

do.” This view elevates repeated conduct or habits as the core of tradition and deemphasizes what men and

women believe, feel or consider. It also focuses our awareness on the forces that form conduct in businesses, and

so highlights an important question: are all these forces (including structure, techniques, and incentives) “culture”

or is culture without difficulty the behavioral outputs?
