A political pyramid exists when individuals vie for force in an economy of shortage. At the end of the day, individuals can't get the force they need only for the inquiring. Rather, they need to go into the choices on the best way to appropriate power in a specific formal association structure. Shortage of force emerges under two arrangements of conditions:
