Police in El Cajon, California, on Friday launched mobilephone cellphone and surveillance video that suggests the controversial deadly capturing of a person who pointed a vaping device at officers.
The movies exhibit officer Richard Gonsalves firing four photographs at Alfred Olango, an unarmed man, who used to be pointing the cylindrical vape pen at officers prior this week. A girl can also be heard screaming in the cell cell video because the shots are fired.
